Our little man is two and a half months old now!

It's been awhile since we have posted. We have been a little busy. I have been back at work now for about two weeks. It is good to be back, but also sad to leave my little boy. :( Luckily I am working part-time and live close to work. Also, my Mom is watching Barrett during the day, which is wonderful!! Here are a few recent pictures from Christmas of our little man. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas holiday!!

Our little man has arrived at 7 lbs 4 oz and 21 1/2 inches long. He is so beautiful!

Barrett's Room

Here are a few pictures from Barrett's room. We are still waiting on some furniture items, but at least we have the crib and changing table ready! I so wish I could paint the walls...actually hire someone to paint the room really cute, but being since we are in an apartment it is not really feasible. Oh well! I am just glad we are more prepared. We really have been pushing it....glad he hasn't come early as of yet. One more week!!

39 Weeks along now....

Sorry I have been so out of touch. Life has been so crazy…we are in the process of picking a builder for our house remodeling project, we moved into our apartment, I got really sick for 4 days with fever of 102, and now that I am better I am trying to make sure I get everything taken care of at work before I go on maternity leave. As of today it is 9 days till my due date....I guess it is up in the air when little Barrett will arrive. We are much more prepared now. Robert and his Dad got the crib up and we are slowly washing clothes, sheets etc and getting the baby room together. Robert has been so awesome! I love him! :) He is going to be such a good Dad. He even bought little Barrett a bunch of winter clothes online yesterday.
